Tests for remote certification

We have performed pressure certification tests under API6D specification for a series of 36″ Trunnion ball valves from our partner TIV Valves. These valves are an important part of a reference project in Mexico.

The important thing about these tests is not only how well they were carried out, but also how simultaneously and remotely all the parties involved were present: our customer here in Spain and in Mexico, the end customer in Mexico, our partner TIV from Italy and ourselves in Spain.

There is no doubt that times are changing and technology is increasingly shortening distances and easening interaction between the teams involved in any project, regardless of its complexity.

TIV Valves has an in-house manufacturing and testing capacity for sizes up to 60″ and test pressures up to 2000 bar, with areas set up for remote interaction and presence from anywhere in the world.

The future gives us opportunities and undoubtedly, we want to be part of that future together with our customers.
