CONTAGAS 40th anniversary
In 1976 Jordi Presas together with two capital partners set up CONTAGAS in order to market in Spain equipment by Pietro Fiorentini Spa, leading company in the natural gas regulation sector.
Forty years later, Pietro Fiorentini is still the basis of our business. However, the product range has been extended to over forty manufacturers of gas equipment.
We also offer a whole range of industrial equipment for fluid regulation and control (steam, biogas, water,…)
In the year of its 40th anniversary, there was a generational change and Jordi Presas, founding partner and manager up to that moment, passed the baton to his daughter, Maria Presas.
In an interview for the magazine “La Ingeniería del Gas” Jordi and Maria tell about the keys for success at CONTAGAS and the change of course with the new management.
